The Arboretum
The Arboretum, which means "a home for trees", 
is comprised of 190 town homes located in Peabody. The Arboretum is located on a 34 acre site which was formerly part of an estate whose owner collected and planted trees from all over the world. There are five different models, that are all comfortable and offer spacious living space between 1,300-1,500 sq ft. There are attached garages with direct access to living area.
