Here's what our satisfied customers are saying about us:

"Helen served as our Buyer's Agent when we bought our new home in North Andover and as Seller's Agent when we sold our home in Wakefield.  Helen offered us excellent advice and we benefited greatly from her wealth of knowledge and experience. In buying our new home, she made a point of getting to know us and understanding our needs; we were never shown a property that wasn't right for us.  She was a huge help in every step of selling our old home, and we benefited from her negotiating skills in both transactions.  Helen always treated us as if we were her only clients - which, of course, was not the case!  We never felt rushed and she always took the time to answer any questions we had, as well as some that we didn't think of asking.  We strongly recommend Helen for your real estate purchase and sales needs."

"Helen is easy to work with, she helped us with our clutter and how to get ready for the open house, we sold our house in 5 days and got $21,000.00 over asking."

Working with Lori Kramich,  made our search for a new house, a pleasure. She was professional, and personable. My wife and I felt like she was part of our family.

Our house search, ended, with us buying a 2 bedroom/2 bath.....life is good.

Penny McKenzie was an incredible asset for us when we decided to sell our house.  This was our first time selling and with that came a long list of questions and concerns that we had.  Penny took the time to answer every question and explain the process from the initial meeting until the day we closed.  She is both approachable and personable, making you feel comfortable throughout what can be a stressful process.  Her knowledge of the market and the depth of her research allowed us to feel confident that our initial listing price was right where our house needed to be positioned.   We are positive that without her help, we would not have been able to sell our house for what we did.

Penny McKenzie was invaluable to my family when we worked with her on our recent real estate sale and purchase.  Like so many, my husband and I were totally overwhelmed with the process of preparing our house to be sold.  Penny was clear and organized in regards to assisting us with the first steps.  She went to each and every room and gave us recommendations to best prepare the house to be "shown".  She brought in a photographer who did a wonderful job creating attractive pictures; thus drawing a large crowd to our open house!  Due to the aforementioned resources as well as her networking, we had an incredible ope house weekend and eight offers all over asking price within a day.  We sold our house and shortly thereafter finalized the purchase of a new, larger home for our growing family.  We had a toddler and infant during all this and Penny was thoughtful, sensitive and accommodating to our unique needs during this time. Penny was responsive, honest, hard working and knowledgeable during the entire process. I would highly recommend Penny to anyone looking to either buy or sell, at any point. in any neighborhood. She will work to get you what you want!

My husband and I can't thank Penny McKenzie enough for her professional expertise and personal care and attention.  Because we experienced her professional understanding, impeccable work ethic, and above -and-beyond patience as our seller's broker, we knew we wanted to retain her as our buyer's broker as well.

Penny knew we were interested in the North Shore, specifically Marblehead and Swampscott.  Penny did the research, viewed the numerous homes, and delved into the statistics to match our financial and aesthetic profile.

While we were out of the country on vacation , Penny researched a new listing and cared enough about us to know this might be the one.  She emailed us the profile photos, viewed the home and went to the open house.  When we returned and saw the house, we knew it was the perfect match for us.  Through the purchasing process to the closing and beyond, Penny made sure all details were accounted for and that we were satisfied.

We are not just satisfied, we are thrilled to be a home that reflects our space needs and aesthetic taste.  Thank you, Penny McKenzie.

To Whom it May Concern,

My name is Jack Conley, and my wife Barbara and I recently moved, (July, 2014), from our wonderful home on Cortland Lane in Lynnfield.  We now reside in Fryeburg, Maine.  Barbara and I were life long residents of Lynnfield, so deciding to sell and move from a great town was a difficult decision.  We both went to the Public schools, and raised four children, whom also went thru the Lynnfield school system.  Barabara worked many years at St. Paul's Nursery School on Summer Street and her summer hours were spent working at Sagamore Spring Golf course.  I worked for forty six years as a call Fireman retiring in December of 2012 with the rank of Lieutenant.  I also worked full time for the Police Department, retiring in October of 2005 after 33 years, with the rank of Sergeant.  We were very familiar with Lynnfield.

Deciding for us, was easy, as to whom we would use as a Realtor.  A friend of the family. They worked for a reputable agency.  Like I said, an easy choice.  Things started out ok.  First two open houses, there was a pretty good flow of customers.  Over five to six weeks we had approximately five open house. the last of which there was only one couple that came.  We were furious.  Little input from the agent.  As our process was ongoing our next door neighbors were also selling.  We were observing their agent bringing in customers several times a week.  Their agent was Penny McKenzie.  I told my wife, Barabara, we should talk to her. So we did.

Barbara and I have known Penny for many years.  My wife, more so than I on a personal bases, but I knew her more from what her career presented.  I knew for any years she was a very successful agent with another local agency.  She was a Lynnfield girl.  She grew up there and raised her family there as well.  She was extremely knowledgeable about the town.  In fact, the retired owner of that agency, John Kennedy as respected and close friend of ours, highly recommended Penny.  He stated she was tops in her field.

We told ourselves, we must have Penny as our agent.  So, we did.  Penny is a straight shooter.  She's not afraid to tell you exactly what she thinks.  Some things you'll agree with, some you might not.  But, believe me, when I tell you she is right on.  She was so much more professional.  She priced our home appropriately , she staged our home, using a professional, and paid for it herself.  She put together as nice of a portfolio of our home as you could imagine.  Using a professional photographer, who took some spectacular pictures. We still have the booklet today.  It was truly special.  She was accessible on a daily basis.

We were scheduled for two open houses on our fist weekend showing.  We were excited.  Penny asked if she could have two private showings the Friday evening before, stating she had two clients who insisted on an early preview.  To make this story as short as possible, the next Saturday morning we had an offer, an offer that was more than we were asking.  It was a done deal, all in less than a week.

Penny McKenzie, in our opinion was the difference.  She presents herself well, and is a true professional.  For us we learned that it was far more about the agent, than the agency.  Barbara and I would highly recommend her to anyone.  She is one of, if not the top sales representatives in Lynnfield.

To Whom it May Concern,

My name is Bob Sullivan, and my wife Kim and I recently moved, (July, 2014), from our wonderful home on Cortland Lane in Lynnfield.  We now reside in Danvers, MA. Kim and I were residents of Lynnfield for 12 years, so deciding to sell and move from a great town was a difficult decision.  We knew right away who we would contact to sell our home because she has helped us buy and sell 4 homes in Lynnfield in the past twelve years as I am a contractor who revamps homes and resells them.

We first met Penny when we were looking at our first home to buy in Lynnfield.  She was the listing agent with another local agency at the time.  After purchasing our first home in Lynnfield we became friends with Penny as she lived in the same neighborhood.  Our first time working with Penny as our agent came when we bought a home as investment property in Lynnfield that Penny helped us to purchase and sell during at the start of the real estate crash.  She was instrumental in ensuring we sold the house before it became a financial loss.  When it came time to sell and buy a new home for ourselves we immediately contacted Penny again.  We felt her relationship and longtime status as a resident of Lynnfield helped us to secure a home in very sought after neighborhood for under value.  After only being in our new home for one year we had an opportunity to buy a house directly behind us privately from a neighbor.  Penny once again helped us to sell our home and after only one year there we made a $100,000 profit.  The last sale and purchase in Lynnfield came 8 years later again Penny was there working for us tirelessly to ensure our house had the best showings with qualified buyers and she would tell us what we had to hear rather than what we wanted to hear about the value of our home.  She's not afraid to tell you exactly what she thinks.  Some things you'll agree with, some you might not.  But, believe me, when I tell you she knows her business.  She was  always professional and priced our home appropriately and would strategize with us about the best approaches to take to sell the house.  As always she was accessible on a daily basis and we feel she was truly invested in helping to make our process of us selling and buying as painlessly and stress free as possible.  We are certain that this will not be our last move and rest assured we will be calling Penny again when the time comes.

Penny McKenzie, in our opinion is someone you can rely on and trust to buy and sell your homes.  She presents herself well, and is a true professional and will go the extra mile to make your experience the best possible.

Kim and I would highly recommend her to anyone.  She is the best.

My agent, Lori Kramich was smart, hard-working, compassionate and utterly conscientious. She truly listened and was supportive. When necessary directing me to other resources. The entire office at Northrup was coordinated and supportive. Lori made this sale happen and I am grateful to have worked with

I wanted to make sure Julie Daigle got the kudos for doing such a good job in helping us find our new home. She was personable, knowledgeable, and always willing to accommodate our requests, no matter how much we changed our minds or modified what we were looking for.

We experienced a long search for our home due to the competitive market, but Julie was always positive, with a sunny disposition. She was a joy to work with and we couldn't be happier with the way that she did her job and the outcome we acheived.

Warm regards,
